Aluminum heatsink with four 6mm copper heat pipes placed at a certain distance, which improves cooling efficiency and affects the distribution of airflow. The surface of the heatsink is coated with a special black coating with ceramic inclusions, which improves cooling efficiency while guaranteeing a TDP of 180W. Cooler ACM90D4 with polished base surface. Direct contact of the heat pipes with the processor using DTH technology improves heat dissipation.
