Detailed terms of service

For warranty service, you must contact the store where the product was purchased or a authorized service center.

Together with the device, you must provide a cash receipt and device warranty card, or seller warranty card.

Warranty service may be refused in case of failure to comply with the conditions of operation and storage, as well as failure of the owner's fault, failures of the power grid, natural disasters and other force majeure circumstances. The warranty period is deducted from the time of purchase of the product.

Number of defective pixels: Hot pixels – 2, Dead pixels – 5, Total amount of hot and dead pixels – 5, Adjacent pairs – 0.

an adjacent pair of defective pixels are two identical (two hot or two dead) defective pixels, which stand on the distance that is equal to or less than 6 mm;

If your monitor has more defective pixels, you are entitled to a replacement of your LCD panel under the manufacturer’s warranty.

2E BENDROSIOS GARANTIJOS SĄLYGOS

Apimami produktai ir numatyta paskirtis

Visi originalūs 2E prekės ženklu pažymėti vartotojų elektronikos įrenginiai ir priedai (monitoriai, kompiuterio komponentai, periferiniai įrenginiai, garso įranga, išorinės baterijos, išmaniųjų namų smulkūs prietaisai), įsigyti ES/EEE arba Šveicarijoje („Produktas“), skirti įprastam buitiniam arba mažo biuro (SoHo) naudojimui.

Garantijos davėjas

2.1 Produkto specifinis terminas: jeigu ant Produkto pakuotės, duomenų lape ar 2E svetainėje nurodytas kitoks garantijos laikotarpis (pvz., 36 mėn. monitoriams; 12 mėn. vartojamosioms baterijoms), galioja nurodytas laikotarpis.

2.2 Standartinis terminas (numatytasis): 24 mėnesiai nuo sąskaitos faktūros datos visiems Produktams, kuriems nėra nustatytas kitoks terminas.

2.3 Įstatyminės teisės nepažeidžiamos (Direktyva 2019/771).

2.4 Termino sustabdymas: garantijos laikotarpis sustabdomas, kol Produktas dėl 2E kaltės yra netinkamas naudoti įgaliotame 2E serviso centre.

Teritorinis galiojimas

Galioja visose ES ir EEE valstybėse narėse bei Šveicarijoje, naudojantis įgaliotais 2E serviso centrais.

Ką apima ši garantija

Medžiagų ar gamybos defektai įprasto buitinio/SoHo naudojimo metu. Įtraukiami komponentai ir priedai, išskyrus eksploatacines medžiagas (žr. § 7). Baterijoms suteikiama garantija, kad jos išlaikys ≥ 80 % talpos 12 mėn.

Kai kuriems Produktams papildomi apribojimai (pvz., lempos darbo valandos, atsparumas dulkėms ir drėgmei, baterijos ciklų skaičius) nurodyti naudotojo vadove ar duomenų lape. Šie apribojimai taikomi kartu su komercine garantija ir nemažina jūsų įstatyminių teisių.

Teisių gynimo priemonės

5.1 Nemokamas remontas.

5.2 Pakeitimas ekvivalentišku arba geresniu modeliu, jeigu remontas yra nepagrįstas ar nesavalaikis.

5.3 Pinigų grąžinimas, jeigu 5.1/5.2 yra neįmanomi ar neproporcingi.

5.4 „Dead-On-Arrival“ (≤ 30 dienų): nedelsiant pakeičiama arba grąžinami pinigai; pinigai grąžinami per 15 dienų po to, kai 2E gauna Produktą.

5.5 Pakeitimas neatnaujina pradinio 24 mėn. termino; suremontuoti/pakeisti daiktai yra dengiami likusiu pradiniu laikotarpiu arba 6 mėn. (atsižvelgiant į tai, kuris ilgesnis).

5.6 Jei gedimas nenustatomas: gali būti taikomas diagnostikos mokestis pagal paskelbtą tarifą.

Kaip gauti aptarnavimą

Kreipkitės į mažmenininką arba į įgaliotą 2E serviso centrą; mažmenininkas gali perduoti jūsų prašymą centrui. Pateikite Produktą ir pirkimo įrodymą (popierinę arba elektroninę sąskaitą, kvitą, banko išrašą). Pateikiama išankstinio apmokėjimo siuntos etiketė arba kurjerio atsiėmimas; rizika pereina 2E nuo pirmo siuntos nuskaitymo. Į bet kokį garantijos reikalavimą pateikiamas rašytinis, motyvuotas atsakymas per 14 dienų.

Išimtys

Įprastas nusidėvėjimas (klavišų jungiklių nusidėvėjimas, ausų pagalvėlių suspaudimas, baterijos senėjimas ir pan.).

Žala, gedimai ar duomenų praradimas, atsiradęs dėl netinkamo naudojimo, aplaidumo, skysčių, viršįtampio, neleistino remonto ar naudojimo ne pagal Produkto specifikacijas.

Eksploatacinės medžiagos (ausinių antgaliai, ekrano apsaugos, saugikliai, filtrai) po jų panaudojimo.

Kosmetiniai defektai, neturintys įtakos funkcionalumui; pikselių defektai pagal ISO 9241-307 II klasę.

Force majeure aplinkybės.

Vartotojo įstatyminės teisės

Ši garantija papildo, bet nepakeičia įstatymų numatytos garantijos.

Perleidžiamumas

Taikoma pradiniam galutiniam naudotojui ir gali būti perleidžiama kartu su Produktu bei pirkimo įrodymu, nepriklausomai nuo turėtojo tapatybės.

Taikytina teisė

ES/EEE valstybės narės, kurioje įsigyta, teisė; viršenybę turi ES vartotojų apsaugos taisyklės.

Duomenų apsauga

Paslaugų duomenys tvarkomi pagal BDAR; žr. privatumo pranešimą adresu 2egaming.com/privacy-policy.

Įsigaliojimo data ir pakeitimai

Versija 1.4 — 2025 m. liepa. 2E gali keisti sąlygas be atgalinio taikymo; naujausia redakcija skelbiama internete. Šios sąlygos galioja kiekvienam Produktui, įsigytam jų galiojimo laikotarpiu, net jeigu jos vėliau atnaujinamos.

Savanoriška grąžinimo ir keitimo politika (14 dienų atsisakymo teisė)

13.1 Bet kurį nenaudotą Produktą galima grąžinti ar pakeisti per 14 dienų originalios būklės kartu su pirkimo įrodymu.

13.2 Išimtys: individualizuoti gaminiai, atplėšta programinė įranga, higieniškai jautrūs į ausis dedami gaminiai, nebent įstatymai numato kitaip.

13.3 Papildo įstatymų numatytą atsisakymo teisę per nuotolines/pardavimo ne prekybos vietoje sutartis (Direktyva 2011/83/ES).
