You can pick up your orders at the 2E Gaming Pickup Point at the address: Kyiv, 18a Mark Vovchka st., (MOYO store, 24/7).
You can also pick up goods directly from the store but only after making an order on the website or contacting the online store.
If the product is in stock, your order will be ready for picking up in 20 minutes after making an order.
Shipping time of goods that are out of stock takes on average 1 to 3 days. The exact date of the delivery will be reported to you by the online store manager.
Payment can be done in cash or by credit card.
Attention! To pick up your purchase paid for by the credit card on the website, you need to show this card and your ID in the store.
If the order was paid for using a payment system app or a virtual bankcard, you need to show the proof of the payment and your ID.
How to get to our pickup point
By public transport: from the underground station “Obolon” by 11 or 17 tram to the station “Fire department”(Pozharnoe depo) or from the underground station “Obolon” to the station “Concrete products plant “(Zhelezobetonnyh izdeliy plant), then walk 400 m along the Verbovaya street. The MOYO 24/7 store is on your left.
By car: through the “Karavan” shopping center along Lugovaya street, then turn to the industrial zone to the Petra Degtyarenko street. Go straight for 1.2 km the MOYO 24/7 store is on your left (there is a parking lot). When you turn from Semyon Sklyarenko st., you need to go to the end of the Mark Vovchka st., go under the railway bridge and turn left at the crossroads.

Delivery within Ukraine to the “Nova Poshta” office or by courier (At carrier rates)
Delivery takes 1-3 days. You receive the exact date and time of the delivery after the confirmation order details with the online store manager.
Delivery by courier is made from 9:00 to 21:00.
On the day of delivery, the courier will call you one hour before delivery.
The prepaid order can be received only by the person to whom the delivery is made. When receiving an order, you must have a passport or driver’s license with you
The courier checks the ordered goods for visible damage when delivered to the customer before taking the payment. Make sure the integrity, scope of the delivery, and serviceability of the goods.
Cash payment to the courier is done upon delivery of the goods. The courier delivers the order, you pay for it in cash after checking the serviceability of goods delivered.
Delivery to the “Justin” office (At carrier rates)
You can pick up an order at the post office within Ukraine 24 hours after we transfer the goods to the courier service.
The exact date of the delivery will be reported to you by the online store manager.
You can pay for goods by VISA/Mastercard or in cash when picking up the order at the “Justin” office.
The maximum weight of the cargo is 15 kg of volumetric weight, the sum of the sides is not more than 120 cm.
Your order can be delivered to any “Justin” point of delivery (supermarkets of “Silpo”, “Fora”, “Fozzy”, “Thrash!” chain).
