Return and exchange terms
Any product purchased on the 2EGaming.com website can be returned or exchanged without any explanation.
2E Gaming will exchange goods or make a refund if:
- 14 days have not passed since the purchase;
- product has no traces of exploitation;
- marketable condition of the product and its components has been retained: there are no mechanical damages, scratches, abrasions, and for goods in disposable (blister) packaging – if the packaging has not been opened;
- there is a cashier’s check (invoice) for the purchase of goods;
- factory seals, protective films on the product have been untouched.
- exchange and return terms of goods in accordance with the effective legislation of Ukraine.
Following is necessary to be shown at return procedure:
- A document confirming the purchase (cashier’s check or invoice);
- Warranty card;
- Bank/credit card (with which the purchase was paid for);
- State-standard identity document (passport, driver’s license, student ID, pension certificate).
